Shipping policy

Orders process and ship with USPS or UPS  from our studio in Chicago IL, United States within 1-2 days, excluding weekends and national holidays.
Standard U.S. orders are typically delivered within approximately 2-3 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

A tracking number is emailed upon shipment. Note that USPS First Class Mail International only provides tracking to select destinations.

VIAMANZONI27 is not responsible for costs associated with returned packages due to unclaimed mail or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
