Returns

We offer free returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To request a return, please contact us at info@viamanzoni27.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product page before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@viamanzoni27.com so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 20–25 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

European Union Orders

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
